Article 1 - PURPOSE
1.1 - These General Conditions of Sale are conceived to inform the Client and User on the methods of ordering, payment and receipt of purchases conducted on this website.
1.2 - These terms and conditions govern the stages of the ordering process, including between both concerned parties – Magnata-shoes.com (WSBC, SA) and the Client.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
Users can purchase the products available at the online store through the ordering and purchase processes using the “Cart” and “Order” buttons.
To order products, Users must:
2.1 - Add the desired products to the cart.
2.2 - Register on the website providing the data requested on the registration form.
2.3 - Login (using the username and password chosen at the time of registration).
2.4 - Proceed and choose between the options presented throughout the ordering process and data such as delivery address and shipping and payment methods.
2.5 - The Users’ order request implies the full acceptance of product prices and promotions, as well as of the General Conditions of Sale applicable to the contract.
2.6 - If any product is out of stock, we commit to inform the User as soon as possible, allowing for the possibility to replace the product for another one or, alternatively, to refund and cancel the order.
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY
3.1 - Shipping to national locations (including archipelagos) is expected to take from 2 to 5 business days after confirmation of accepted payment. Home delivery is not possible on PO Boxes.
3.2 - Shipping to European locations (excluding archipelagos) is expected to take from 2 to 7 business days after confirmation of accepted payment. Home delivery is not possible on PO Boxes. Our team will strive to fulfil these timelines; however, we don’t take any responsibility for inconveniences or damages pursuant to the failure to comply with those timelines by the contracted shipping company.
3.3 - To track an ongoing order, Users may contact us by email@example.com or by phone +351 916332000, from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 to 6 p.m., providing the order code generated from the website.
ARTIGO 4 – PAYMENT
- For national shippings (excluding archipelagos), the following payment and shipping methods are available.
4.1 - ATM: upon your order, an ATM reference is generated which you may use to pay at any ATM, bank machine or through your online banking system.
4.2 - Credit card via PayPal or using PayPal directly.
ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING FEES
5.1 - Where applicable, shipping fees are added to the total amount of the order.
5.2 - Shipping fees correspond to courier’s service costs.
5.3 - Shipping fees shall be paid by the client unless circumstances where those fees are indicated as free.
5.4 - Return and/or exchange fees shall be paid by the client.
ARTICLE 6 - PRICES
6.1 - Prices are indicated in Euros, including fees and taxes and considering VAT in force at the date of the order.
6.2 - Any price changes shall be immediately announced at this website.
ARTIGO 7 – PRAZO DE GARANTIA
7.1 - All products are covered by the legally required guarantee (Decree-Law no. 67/2003 of April 8, in its version established by the Decree-Law no. 84/2008 of May 21).
In case of products covered by a different guarantee, that information will be included in the product description; the same is applicable to products that benefit from guarantee extension defined by the brands.
ARTICLE 8 - COMPLAINTS

ARTICLE 9 - RESPONSIBILITY
We exclude any liability for inconvenience or damages incurred by Users pursuant to the use of the Internet network, such as its temporary inactivity, external intrusion, malfunctions caused by computer virus or any other case of force majeure.
ARTICLE 10 - PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

11.1 - This Website is the intellectual property of Magnata brand and cannot be copied or reproduced, except what is strictly needed for reading purposes.
11.2 - Any reproduction of texts, images, illustrations, pictures and/or other elements of the website require written authorization.
ARTICLE 12 - EVIDENCE
The contracting parties accept the computer records of communications, orders and payments carried out as evidence.
ARTICLE 13 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
13.1 - The applicable lay to any relationship established through this website shall be the Portuguese law.
13.2 - The contracting parties accept the District Court of Leiria, explicitly renouncing any other court, as the competent court as regards the interpretation or resolution of any matters or disputes resulting from this trading relationship to settle any conflicts linked to the contact established pursuant to these General Conditions of Sale.
